Shake N Shred came from the needs on women who wanted a fun safe place where they could put down their daily stress and SHAKE SUM.
We focus on building fun dance based workouts while nurturing relationships with our members. Yes we want to KNOW our members. We don’t just hype you up in class, but in life too!
Life is tough sometimes but we shake, wine, and squat it all away in class! Each class has a different feel, so we keep you guessing! Drop on in and let us make your day :)

Time: 9am-10am. Please arrive 10 minutes early to secure your spot on the floor

Parking: By Macy's or the food court
