Join us for Shadow & Sound: A Samhain Sound Bath, an evening of deep rest and reflection. Through the resonant tones of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments, you’ll be guided into a meditative state where sound vibrations support relaxation, balance, and inner healing.

Cozy costumes are encouraged! Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything cozy to settle in as you journey inward. Allow the sounds to carry you into the shadows with gentleness, remembrance, and renewal.
