Entry:

In order to enter the venue, each graduate and their guests will need to be pre-registered with the Special Events office. More details to follow.

At the Ceremony:

Each graduate will need to bring their own academic regalia (Cap, Gown, Hood, and Tassel) to the ceremony.

Each graduate will walk across the stage once, regardless of the number of degrees or awards they receive.

As with most graduations, you will not receive your actual diploma at Commencement.  Graduates who have completed all their degree requirements, settled all financial obligations and returned all outstanding books to the library may pick up their degree from the Registrar’s Office at St. Francis College.

You will receive an email from the Registrar’s Office confirming the pick-up date.
