Sewing Machine Basics: Make Your Own Key Fob
Ready to learn sewing but not sure where to start? This beginner-friendly class will give you hands-on experience using a sewing machine while completing a fun and practical project, a custom key fob you get to take home!
In this class, you’ll learn:
- How to thread and set up a basic sewing machine
- How to set and test thread tension
- How to adjust stitch style and length
- How to sew simple features like zippers and buttonholes
- How to complete a key fob project from start to finish
Bring your own fabric (15.5” x 3.5”) to make it personal, or select from our limited in-house fabrics.
All tools and materials are included in the class fee.
Important Notes:
- Beginner level, no prior sewing experience needed.
- Duration: 1.5 hours | Group size: up to 4 students
- Class must be booked by 9 AM the day before.
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes early and sign our release of liability.
