Seven Principles Couples Program includes lectures and private couple exercises.

*Participants will not share their personal problems in front of others.

For these types of concerns, individual counseling for both partners is instead recommended from a licensed mental health professional.

Program Leader:

Zuzanna Gromulska is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas Zuzanna provides individual and couples counseling with trauman informed perspective.

Zuzanna is trained in Gottman Level 1 and Level 2 and "The Seven Principles of Making a Marriage Work" leader. Zuzanna is also trained in Motivational Interviewing and has extensive experience providing trauma informed services with the incorporation of EMDR techniques.

Zuzanna enjoys teaching and creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging dynamic when running groups and leading training and workshops. Please join is in this unique and highly requested program in El Paso.

This program does not replace counseling or psychotherapy. The purpose is to provide mental health awareness and education to the community.

1. Is this in person or virtual?

1. This is an in person program.

2. Can I bring my children to the group workshops?

1. We kindly request to coordinate childcare during the time of the program.

3. Can I register for just one Tuesday? I cannot make it to all Tuesdays?

1. This is a 12 hour program and is developmental. The lessons build on previous concepts and exercises. If you cannot make it to all three Tuesdays, please stay tuned as we plan to continue hosting programs in the future, this way couples can instead receive the complete program experience.

4. I want to attend, but my partner doesn't, can I still register?

1. At this point, the program is designed to include private couples exercises. Hence, we would recommend to register when partner instead agrees to receive the complete program experience.

5. Is this a form of couples counseling?

1. This program is not a form of couples counseling. This program is educational. If you believe you and your partner would benefit from couples counseling, we recommend consulting with licensed mental health professional who provides couples counseling.
