As a mother, it can be challenging to juggle the many responsibilities of parenthood while also taking care of your own mental health. Join our Maternal Mental Health Support Group to learn how to establish healthy boundaries as a mother and prioritize your own well-being.

This session will focus specifically on the importance of setting boundaries and how to establish them in your everyday life as a mom. We'll discuss common challenges that moms face when it comes to setting boundaries, including guilt, fear of judgment, and the pressure to do it all.

In this supportive and non-judgmental environment, you'll have the opportunity to connect with other mothers who are also navigating the challenges of motherhood. You'll gain insight and perspective from shared experiences, and leave feeling empowered to take better care of yourself and your family.
