Jennifer has been with Borshoff for 30 years and became an owner in 2007. She oversees the crisis and community relations practice at Borshoff, including providing strategic communications counsel, media/speakers training, and crisis communications guidance that is recognized and valued by CEOs, corporate leaders and other prominent individuals and organizations.

Her successes as a professional communicator over the past 35 years have run the full spectrum — from global PR campaigns to international marketing communications to 1:1 C-level consulting in industries including infrastructure projects, hospital systems, pharmaceuticals and cultural destinations.

In 2019, Jennifer was inducted into the College of Fellows, an honorary organization within the Public Relations Society of America, comprised of 350 active senior professionals and educators, each of whom has left a significant footprint on the public relations profession.

Jennifer was named to Indianapolis Business Journal’s Women of Influence in 2016 and is a member of Stanley K. Lacy Leadership Series class 31. She is past chair of the board of the Women’s Fund of Central Indiana, Early Learning Indiana, the Ronald McDonald House of Indiana, the Hoosier Chapter of PRSA, and of the Indianapolis Public Relations Society (IPRS). Jennifer serves on the boards of the Faith & Action Project, the Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee (GIPC) and the Indy Chamber.
