EVENT DETAILS:

Work-out Roullete: Our event is an active event which means you will be experience 4 different fitness classes (all for 15-20 mins each). Each group will be composed of 10 participants.

• reformer pilates
• aerial yoga
• hiit
• dance

Photoshoot: Our event also provides professional work-out photoshoot for you to have a souvenir (digital copy only). So come in prepared with your best ourfit, following our dress code.

DRESS CODE:

• please wear activewear with neutral colors from black, brown, beige, to white ONLY.
• GRIP SOCKS / REGULAR SOCKS are mandatory. No footwear allowed inside our studio ( we can provide)

FOOD:

Drinks: Water, Electrolyte Mocktails, & Fresh Coconut Juice

Food: Sandwiches, Tiramisu Cake, Small Snacks

MEDIA WAIVER:

Our event will be filled and photographed, by attending our event, you are allowing us to use protographs and films including you for our social media and business purposes.
