This session focuses on delivering exceptional service to both buyers and sellers while maintaining professionalism, compliance, and efficiency throughout the transaction. Agents will learn how to ensure that MLS listings reflect their brand, from uploading the right documents to using professional photography, floorplans, and proper scheduling.

The course also highlights the importance of collaboration with co-agents, proper signage, and consistent communication. Participants will reflect on how their thinking and actions must evolve to serve clients at a higher level and explore what tools, models, and systems can hold them accountable.

As in every Ignite session, agents will engage in the Daily Success System, which includes lead generation activities such as purposeful calls, asking for referrals, and offering the KW App. These activities reinforce the mindset that success comes from consistent action and follow-up.
