Is this certification required for my job or business?

Yes — in most states, at least one Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) is required for all retail food establishments.

Can I take this training online instead?

Online options exist, but our in-person training is faster, more engaging, and has a much higher pass rate.

What should I bring to class?

A valid photo ID (required for the exam), a pen or notebook, and recommended snacks or a sweater in case the room is chilly.

When do I get the textbook or study tools?

If your ticket includes a textbook, it will be handed out in class.

If your ticket includes bonus digital study tools (Premium), they’ll be emailed to you shortly after registration.

I’m not a great test taker — will I be okay?

Yes! We specialize in making this material simple, relatable, and easy to remember. If you want extra prep, the Premium ticket includes bonus tools designed for people just like you.

Can someone else attend in my place?

Yes — just email us their name and email address before the class starts. No transfer fee required.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We do not offer refunds, even in the event of rescheduling. However, if you can’t attend, you’re always welcome to send someone in your place. If the reschedule is on our end, we will work with you to make sure that you can get into one of our upcoming trainings.
