Get your kitchen up to code and your employees up to par. This 5-6 hour course will prepare you or your emplyess for the SERVESAFE FOOD PROTECTION MANAGER CERTIFICATION EXAM. We provide the education and training to asure you business if serving food properly.

All training courses / concepts and exams will be completed same day. Yout must complete each course in order to take the exam. The exam will be scheduled immediately following training.

Training covers these concepts:

● The Importance of Food Safety

● Good Personal Hygiene

● Time and Temperature Control

● Preventing Cross-Contamination

● Cleaning and Sanitizing

● Safe Food Preparation

● Receiving and Storing Food

● Methods of Thawing, Cooking, Cooling and Reheating Food

● HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)

● Food Safety Regulations
