Leo Young is the 2023 U20 USA XC Champion and US 3-mile XC High School record holder, and he's also Stanford's number 4 all-time in the 1500m. His twin brother, Lex Young, holds the US High School 5k record and is Stanford's 5th all-time in the 10k. Both are creative spirits who enjoy photography and filmmaking, and avid outdoorsmen who love cycling, hiking, and getting out into the wild. You can catch Lex and Leo on their popular YouTube Channel L&L!Owen Powell is, fresh off the 6th fastest high school 800m time ever at 1:46.26, and he's heading to UW in the fall. He also holds the High School National Record for the mile with a time of 3:56.66 and was named Washington XC Gatorade Player of the Year. The son of UW track coaches Andy and Maurica Powell, he's also an avid outdoorsman, enjoying mountain biking and rock climbing, and actively volunteers as a youth track coach.
