Join us Sunday, December 7th, 2025, for The Huddle Inc. & Sevn Suite Pickleball Fundraiser Tournament a night of friendly competition, laughter, and community impact!
Hosted at Ace Pickleball Club (Louisville, KY) from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM, this event brings families, athletes, and fans together to rally around purpose and fun.
Proceeds will benefit The Huddle Inc., a 501(c)(3) sports ministry helping young athletes discover identity, faith, and purpose beyond the game.
General Admission: Free and open to the public
To Play:
- $25 – Youth Doubles (Ages 12–17)
- $50 – Adult Doubles (18+)
Prizes for Tournament Champions.

Event Lineup & Agenda – Let’s Rally for Purpose! 5:50 PM | Doors Open & Check-In Grab your paddle, your partner, and your best “character fit.” Music’s going, cameras flashing, and the Huddle squad is ready to welcome you! 6:00 PM | Opening Huddle We kick things off with prayer, purpose, and a quick word from The Huddle Inc. on why this tournament means more than just pickleball. 6:20 PM | Character Fit Walk-In Time to strut! Show off your themed outfit—movie hero, cartoon legend, sports icon—whatever shows your vibe. Judges are watching for that Best Fit trophy . 6:30 PM | Tournament Play Begins Youth doubles hit the courts first, then the adults bring the heat. Expect good music, competitive fun, and plenty of sideline laughs. 7:30 PM | Break & Community Mixer Fuel up and hang out. Grab food, meet new people, and check out raffle prizes + giveaways from our awesome sponsors. 8:15 PM | Championship Rounds It’s game time! Finals for Youth & Adult divisions
