Yes! We will have light food and refreshments for all players and attendees.

I’ve never played pickleball - is that okay?

No equipment or experience needed! We’ll provide paddles and balls—just come ready to have fun. This is a casual, friendly event. Whether you’re a pro or a total beginner, you're welcome.

What should I wear?

Comfortable athletic or casual clothes and sneakers. Nothing fancy—just what you’d wear to move around a bit and have fun.

What time does the panel discussion start?

The exact schedule will be shared closer to the event, but plan on pickleball first, followed by the panel. We’ll make sure you have time to cool down and grab a drink before the discussion begins.

Who is this panel for?

It’s designed for business owners, HR leaders, and anyone involved in employee benefits, recruiting, or retention - whether you run a small business or manage a larger team. We’ll leave time after the panel for questions, so bring your business benefit challenges or curiosities.
