ABOUT FEATURED COACH

A lifelong athlete and leader, Nadia Hilton Adams was a four-year high school tennis MVP, an all-conference standout, and a highly ranked USTA junior player before earning a tennis scholarship to North Carolina A&T State University.

As a student athlete, she served as co-captain of the Lady Aggies tennis team and helped lead them to two consecutive winning seasons and MEAC Tournament Championship berths.

Nadia is also a former Florida Nike Tennis Camp instructor and in 2014, gained national recognition after winning a Tennis Channel essay contest-an honor that led to a filmed visit with Grand Slam champion Maria Sharapova, who spent 1/2 day with Nadia.

The story became the focus of a 60-second feature that aired on Tennis Channel for many years and remains available on the Tennis Channel website VIDEO HERE 🎥
