Where located?

We are on the 2nd floor, use the staircase closest to the street outside the building. Look for the tibetan flags on the balcony, plants, poster board on door. Note there is no elevator, there are 17 steps.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is free parking on the lot. Sometimes Saturday mornings are busy and there is over flow parking on the grass across the parking lot.  The facility closes at 2pm on the weekends, so there is plenty of parking for the 2pm slot.

Is there anything to eat?

Yes on Saturdays until 1 pm the Greenfit Cafe is open downstairs inside the gym to the left of the main entrance. They  have fresh squeeze juice, teas, coffee, acai bowls, salads, sandwiches, smoothies, desserts, muffins, cookies. I have a mini fridge if you want to store anything.

How close to Biscayne Blvd?

Biscayne blvd is right down the street, We are across from Costco and FIU North Campus.

Can children  or teens attend?

Accepted Answer

Ideally, it is optimal for teenagers as they have ability to relax and meditate easier. Children may be sound sensitive, impatient to lay still for a hour, they may play with crystals during the event and may interfere in the serenity of the environment. Well behave children only.

Question 6

Do I need to bring anything?

Accepted Answer

No we provide it all, mats, blankets, pillows, bolsters, and eye mask. However if you have your favorites you may bring them.

What is the latest I can sign up?

People tend to book in the last 24 hours, and we do have may ticketing platforms being used. Please text me in advance to insure there is space still available and the time slot still available. 786 419 1389
