In this class Delaney Maberry, will take us on a journey through mindful movement, breath, aromatherapy and guided visualization, to a place of calm, peaceful tranquility. This is a perfect reset for the soul. Go through the journey of connecting mind and body with this mindful practice to relieve stress, tension, and worry. Do I need to bring my own yoga supplies?

If you have your own yoga supplies, bring them. If not, we have plenty to share here at Alpine Yoga. We will provide every prop that you would need, including your yoga mat.

I have never done yoga before. Is this class okay to start?

Yes! This is a great class to start in due to it's slower nature, and support of props to allow poses to be more accessible.

Do I need to be flexible?

Nope. Yoga isn't about being the most flexible. It is about mindfully stretching areas of your body in a way that suits you. Because this class uses yoga props, you will be supported in any pose. You can also customize your level of support depending on your flexibility.
