Serene Meditation with Monk
Overview
Our weekly Wednesday Meditation Session offers a serene space for both newcomers and experienced meditators to cultivate inner peace and mindfulness. The session includes a short introduction for beginners, followed by a 30–40 minute guided meditation using the Dhammakaya Meditation technique, also known as "Middle Way Meditation." This simple yet profound method has been practiced by hundreds of thousands worldwide and is designed to help you center your mind and achieve inner harmony.
Led by experienced Buddhist monks with over 20 years of teaching expertise, the program also includes a wisdom talk and a Q&A session to help participants integrate meditation into their daily lives. Whether you are new to meditation or seeking to deepen your practice, this session will guide you on your journey to greater well-being and happiness.
