This September, The Artisan’s Palate is spotlighting the women behind two iconic gins—from opposite sides of the globe.
🌍 Lesley Gracie, the legendary master distiller behind Hendrick’s Gin in Scotland, known for her whimsical approach and signature infusion of rose and cucumber.
🌎 Hillhamn Salome, the visionary founder and master distiller of Condesa Gin in Mexico City, whose bold, botanical-forward spirits are inspired by the vibrant energy of her homeland.
Enjoy three seasonal dishes by Chef Christa Csoka, each paired with a handcrafted cocktail showcasing the unique botanicals of these two trailblazing brands and utilizing local, seasonal ingredients.
Brand insights will be shared by Lo Adams, representing Hendrick’s and Condesa.
