Learn how to work with the Knowing Field—a subtle, unified field of awareness that holds ancestral memories and profound intelligence. Discover how to release a legacy burden and put down inherited beliefs that limit your life.


Family Constellations is a powerful healing method that helps uncover and release inherited emotional entanglements.


Together, we will set up several constellations- chosen by draw on the day of the workshop. Every participant will have the chance to engage meaningfully in all Constellations, gaining tools to help them approach life’s challenges from a place of strength and understanding.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:

Jess Hagan is a self-published author and an Internationally trained Constellations facilitator who has been providing private life guidance sessions since 2008. She is trained in alternative, nature-based methods to assist and hold space for people struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance and behavior addictions, as well as life coach anyone needing a bit of structure to achieve a life goal. Frequently asked questions

How is it decided who will get a constellation?

Everyone who wants to receive a constellation puts their name in a bowl and we draw names in an impartial way. We let the Knowing Field decide and we set up as many constellations as the group has energy for. Please also keep in mind that representing is also receiving a constellation.

How can I receive a personal Constellation?

Join a workshop and put your name in the bowl. We will set up as many constellations for as many people as we can in the 5- hour workshop. I do not schedule reserved constellations.

Is there easy parking?

Yes. This quiet Glendale neighborhood does not have any street cleaning signs and there is lots of space to park close by.

Should I bring food?

Participants often bring a simple picnic style dish to share in a potluck style on our food table. We provide nuts and water and crackers. Please feel free to bring a lunch to have during our second break.

What is your refund policy.

I offer a full refund if you cancel 48 hours in advance. If you cancel short notice, you receive a credit to attend one future workshop as a representative.
