What does this cost?

﻿Workshops will almost always be a pay what you can as long as I can sustain it. Suggested amount is $10 to help cover the costs of the studio rental and labor.

Question 2

Do I have to have any dance training?

Accepted Answer

Not even a little! All that is asked is that you come with a willingness to try. The amount of dance and movement you utilize in the exercises of the workshop is dependent upon you. There will be encouraging to push against our limitations of fear in movement.

Question 3

This sounds like it'll be hypersexual, is it?

Accepted Answer

This workshop will deal with the concepts of sex, intimacy, sexuality, self-love, and confidence from a practical, therapeutic, and educational framework.

This workshop, however, will NOT be used as a play space and will be entirely PG-13.

Question 4

Does it matter how I identify?

Accepted Answer

All identities are welcome! This space is meant to be a safe haven for self discovery. Any and all willing to experience the connection of mind, body, and sensuality are welcome.

(Femme & masc energies will be explored)

NO SWERFS, NO TERFS, NO HATE WILL BE TOLERATED.

Question 5

Okay but what do I wear?

Accepted Answer

Suggested clothing is comfortable, moveable, but makes you feel confident. We will be moving and likely sweating! Layers work wonders.

Shoes are optional, no street shoes are allowed on the floor of the studio so bring a different pair, bare feet or socks are also great. Heels are not recommended.
