Arrival & Settle In


Doors open at 5:15. Come a little early to get settled, take off your shoes, grab some water or tea, and find your spot. The space will be calm and welcoming.

5:30 PM - 5:40 PM

Opening Circle


We’ll begin together in a short circle to introduce the workshop and set intentions. You’ll be invited to share a word, feeling, or just listen. Sharing is always optional.

5:40 PM - 5:50 PM

Grounding Meditation


You’ll be guided through a short meditation to help you connect with your breath and body. This helps you leave the day behind and arrive more fully in yourself.

5:50 PM - 6:05 PM

Warm-Up Movement


We’ll start with gentle, guided movements to warm up—rolling the shoulders, hips, spine, and connecting with your breath. You can move standing, seated, or on the floor.

6:05 PM - 6:30 PM

Sensual Movement Exploration


We’ll move into a freeform movement section with music and prompts. You’ll be encouraged to move in ways that feel good, honest, and natural. There’s no choreography—just your own rhythm.

6:30 PM - 6:40 PM

Journaling + Reflection


After moving, you’ll have time to write and reflect. We’ll offer a few simple journaling prompts to help you process what came up in your body and emotions.

6:40 PM - 6:55 PM

Closing Movement + Group Sway


We’ll close with a final grounding song and a short circle. You’re welcome to share a word or just sit quietly. You may take a flower home with you if you'd like.

6:55 PM - 7:00 PM

Closing Circle


We’ll close in circle with an optional word or gesture. You’re welcome to take a flower with you as a small offering to yourself.

Soft Body, Open Heart is a sensual dance workshop for those craving deeper connection to their bodies—not to perform, but to feel.

Whether you're returning after a past class or joining for the first time, this space is for you. Through guided movement, breath, and journaling, you'll be invited to drop into your body, honor your rhythm, and move in a way that feels sensual, grounded, and real.

There’s no choreography. No need to look a certain way.

Just a tender, intentional space to reconnect with yourself—your hips, your heart, your presence.
