Sensitive & Strong - The Hidden Power of the Highly Sensitive Person (HSP)

By Shakti in the Mountains

Overview

Together, we will learn how to thrive when the world often feels like too much.

Do you have a keen imagination and vivid dreams? Is time alone each day as essential to you as food and water? Did you grow up hearing you're 'too shy' or 'too much' or did you often feel misunderstood? Do noise and confusion quickly overwhelm you?

If you said yes, you may be a Highly Sensitive Person or HSP and this workshop is for you!

Highly sensitive or highly emotional people experience the world differently, they see and feel things deeply, and are highly attuned to what's happening around them. They are not only sensitive, but also strongly passionate and loving. Most HSPs identify as being introverts, but as many as 30% identify as being extroverts.

In this class you will discover that at the core of each HSP is someone who is immensely resourceful, empathic, loving, and who has a lot to offer to the world. Your emotional intensity will not go away-but why would you want it to? Together, we'll learn how to embrace the HSP and see it as the true gift it actually is. Collectively, we'll explore how to liberate the HSP power within each of us so that we can show up in the world and make our mark, learning how to design our lives in a way that is not geared towards avoidance, but rather towards growth and expansion. ✨

I invite you to completely turn around how you may have thought of emotional intensity or high sensitivity and embrace your true identity and appreciate your unique qualities as jewels rather than liabilities through understanding and acceptance. Together, we will learn how to thrive when the world often feels like too much.
