The Sleigh Repair Workshop is bursting with giggles, gadgets and Christmas magic around every corner. But chaos reigns - bolts are loose, fairy lights flicker, and Santa’s broken sleigh needs to be repaired! Little fixers will clock in, roll up their sleeves and don the Magical Mechanics apron and safety googles as they get to work uncovering the mystery of the broken sleigh.

With teamwork, laughter, and a sprinkle of festive sparkle, the sleigh will whir back to life, one magic cog at a time- complete with flashing lights and magical sounds!

Santa himself will arrive to thank his festive heroes in person! Every child will get to meet Santa, snap their own festive photo, and take home a little thank you token.

What to Expect

• This will be a 20-minute group experience with the opportunity to meet Santa!

• Meet Santa and his Elves in the sleigh repair shop, where it’s a race against time to fix Santa’s Sleigh! Take on the challenge to repair Santa’s sleigh and save Christmas!

• Each child will get to meet Santa and take home a thank you token for helping him save Christmas!

• Capture magical family memories with your own camera

Tickets – £3 per child (includes booking fee)

Full ticket proceeds from this event go to Home-Start Watford

• Refunds are available for cancellations within 48 hours of booking.

• Refunds are not available for no-shows or cancellations after 48 hours of booking

• 1 x ticket is admission for one child and 2 adults

• Maximum of 2 adults per child booking

• Mission: Save Santa’s Sleigh involves tasks for the children, to help find the missing pieces of Santa’s Sleigh and reattach them. Because of this, we would advise that children taking part in the activity are over 2 years of age.

However, those who have small children under 2, and would like to see Santa, can book an Under 2 Ticket - this will grant you entry into the event and to see Santa, but your child will not take part in the tasks within the experience.

• There will be no professional photography at the experience – we encourage you to bring your own camera and take your own photos

• There are limited walk-ins available per session; therefore, we strongly encourage you to pre-book your tickets

• We are a chashless event and will only accept card for walk-in bookings

Important Information

• Have your booking confirmation ready to show upon arrival

• Please arrive promptly for your time slot and allow extra time for Christmas traffic. We are running to a strict schedule and will begin on time.

• Due to the planned experience, we cannot allow lateness more than 10 minutes into your booked slot.

• If you arrive 10 minutes late, you will be welcomed into the experience however, the activity will have begun and you will be joining halfway through the story.

• There are limited walk-ins available per day therefore, we strongly encourage you to pre-book your tickets

• Santa’s Sleigh Repair Workshop is step-free, and wheelchair users are accommodated

• There are no toilets in the experience however, there are customer toilets next door to Santa’s Sleigh Repair Workshop

• This event is particularly suitable for children aged 12 and under; however, older siblings may take part if they wish.

• Mission: Save Santa’s Sleigh involves tasks for the children, to help find the missing pieces of Santa’s Sleigh and reattach them. Because of this, we would advise that children taking part in the activity are over 2 years of age.
