Priority Setting And Resource Allocation
If this is your first PSRA, you're in for a treat! Each year a coalition of People Living With HIV, people who are HIV negative, those who are advocates & those who just want to help improve the lives of those living with the virus, come together and work on how best to meet the needs of PLWH within our DEMA. We rank service categories like EIS, Outpatient Ambulatory Health, Medical/Non-Medical Case Management services and more, based on importance, and then allocate funding to support those categories based on data. It's a lot of fun and a great way to serve your community.
