Self-Regulating Exercises
Overview
Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed? Do you get flooded with strong feelings, anxiety and/or stress at work? Everyone does. Some days are harder than others. Learn multiple modalities to find your calm in the eye of the storm. Learn simple ways to create a culture of emotional responsibility with our colleagues and youth.
Includes: mini check-in, short teaching on physiological spectrum of the nervous system, guided practice of three self-regulating exercises

Virtual Workshops

Participation
All workshops are designed to encourage collaboration, creativity, learning, and sharing. Please be mindful that workshops are interactive, and may include video, chat, or audio participation.
If you're unable to actively participate, let the facilitator know during the workshop.
