Each year, we host Blaze Your Own Trail to Self-Love, a 12-week program rooted in guided self-discovery, mindful movement, and community connection. Join us on Sunday, February 13 for our kickoff meeting where we will be walking through the program syllabus, answering questions, and jumping straight into our first self-reflection workshop and start to create our Trail of Life maps.

ABOUT BLAZE YOUR OWN TRAIL TO SELF-LOVE

Ready to dig in and do the work? Let us make this perfectly clear: there is nothing wrong with you. You are not broken. And yet, there are behaviors and patterns that you've noticed are no longer serving you. This program celebrates who you already are, the trail that brought you here, and illuminates the path of who you want to be.

Blaze Your Own Trail to Self-Love is our 12-week virtual program to help you find your way home to yourself. Each week, we gather as a community to share our experiences and hold space for each other - we call them Family Meetings. Each module introduces self-reflection activities, hiking as a moving meditation, and in our private social network, we have created a judgment-free space to connect with resilient humans also on this journey.

This is the year you turn your pain into power. It's the year you find your voice. It's the year you allow people to show up for you. And above all else, it's the year you start to trust yourself again.

There's no right or wrong way to embark on this journey, the most important thing is to take the first step.

When you're on a hike, you don't magically appear at the summit, you get there one step at a time. Sometimes it's the hardest walk of your life. Sometimes you're skipping through a field of wildflowers. Either way, it can be transformational, but only if you allow yourself to have and reflect on the experience.

HEALING IS THE SAME WAY.

You don't arrive at the top of Healing Mountain, saved, rescued, recovered. On this Trail of Life, there will always be ups and downs, that much is certain.

Healing is a lifelong practice. There is no deadline to meet. This can't be done overnight. Really, all you can do is equip yourself with some tools to help you along the way.

And that should feel like a giant exhale.
