Having someone come put a gun, knife, or blunt object in your face is scary. Weapons are force multipliers and give the Bad Guy an advantage.
But I don't believe you should just roll over because the Bad Guy has an advantage! I think there are things WORTH fighting for... your life, and those of your loved ones most notably!... and having the tools in the toolbox to stack the deck back in your favor and OVERCOME that advantage is AMAZING for bringing confidence and peace of mind!

Wear clean, comfortable, clothes that don't restrict movement, and bring a water bottle!
Since this is a self-defense class VERSUS weapons, please leave your own self-defense tools at home or locked in your car. Non-functioning training weapons will be provided.
