In this class, you'll learn how to recognize pre-contact cues, manage your distance, defensive framing, and to defend yourself against punches, chokes, grabs, and strikes.
The Weapon Brand self-defense system was create and taught it for over 20 years, specifically for law enforcement, parole, and corrections agencies.
