The Pride Center of Maryland is excited to host a self-defense class designed to empower participants with practical skills to increase personal safety and confidence. This interactive session will cover basic self-defense techniques, situational awareness, and strategies for de-escalation. Open to all skill levels, the class provides a supportive and inclusive environment for learning and practicing essential safety skills.
