Workshop Details
TopicFocusDay 1: Awareness, Prevention, and Basic StrikesDevelop crucial situational awareness, practice verbal de-escalation tactics, and master simple, powerful strikes like the Palm Heel and Hammer Fist targeting vulnerable areas.Day 2: Escapes & Basic Leg StrikesLearn explosive techniques to break free from common holds, including various wrist grabs and chokes. Practice powerful close-quarters strikes like the Knee Strike and quick Front Kick (to the groin/shin).Day 3: Mindset, Ground Awareness, and Scenario IntegrationFocus on the “No Victim” Mindset, adrenaline management, and safe techniques like the Technical Stand-Up. Integrate all learned skills in realistic, simulated scenarios where the ultimate goal is escape and safety.
