Self- Compassion in Response to Problems
Overview
Do you find yourself getting stuck with everyone’s problems? Learn to identify the three major types of problems. Engage in a guided self-compassion practice that increases rest, clarity and creates space to invite your inner wisdom. Learn simple ways to create a culture of compassion with our colleagues and youth.
Includes: mini check-in, short teaching on types of problems, guided meditation on creating an inner sanctuary and inviting inner wisdom guidance

Virtual Workshops
