Self-Care Sundays: New Year Reset Soak Lab

• You’ll choose a salt blend recipe based on what your body needs (muscle reset, mineral-rich soak, or gentle glow).
• You’ll pick a scent “lane” based on how you want to feel:
• RESET – bright & fresh
• RELEASE – herbal & grounding
• RESTORE – cozy & replenishing
• You can add a pinch of chamomile and calendula if you like, or keep it totally clean and minimalist.
• You’ll mix, fill, and label your own jar, and go home with a New Year Reset soak plus a tiny intention card to tuck into your bag.

This workshop is perfect if you:

• Love baths and want them to feel a little more intentional
• Want a gentle way to “wash off” last year and step into 2026 on purpose
• Need a calm, good-smelling Sunday in a beautiful space
