Sundays are for self care! Come for the perfect mind/body/soul reset with a Soothing Sound Bath!

Sound healing is one of the most effective and effortless healing modalities one could experience. All you need to do is lay down, close your eyes, breathe and open to receive. Scroll down to learn more about the benefits of Sound Healing.

Please arrive early. You are welcome to make yourself a cup of tea or pull an Oracle card. The sound bath is 45-55 minutes long. All are welcome!

Yoga mats and floor cushions are provided. You are welcome to bring anything you need to be comfy laying on a Yoga mat (for example a blanket, pillow, eye cover, additional cushions)

There is a futon available for anyone who would like to use it.

Space is limited to 10 people, please claim your spot as soon as possible if you plan to attend.

Frequently asked questions

What should I bring with me?

Yoga mats, thin pillows and blankets are provided. Bring your emotional support water bottle, a journal if you feel called to and anything else you need to be comfy laying on a yoga mat (like additional cushions, blankets or an eye cover). Dress comfortably.

What time can I arrive?

Doors open 30 minutes before the event start time. Please come a few minutes early, the event will begin at promptly at the time stated in the agenda to respect everyone's time.

Are there any accommodations for individuals with mobility challenges?

The location is wheelchair accessible. There are seats and a futon available for anyone who would prefer to use it over floor seating.

Are there any drinks/snacks available?

Water, tea and light snacks are available. Donations to the snack bar are appreciated but not expected.

Therese is the heart of Metanoia Toolbox, a sacred wellness space in Mesa, Az. She is a Reiki Master, Sound & Crystal healer, with a background in nursing and clinical research. Therese's passion lays in seeing women thrive. She is a deep believer in the power of learning from each other's stories, learning Her-Story (the stories of impactful women), as well as the stories of ancestors and Deities from all cultures.
