Is there an entrance fee for the Fall Festival?

Accepted Answer

No! This is a free community event. We just ask that you RSVP so we can get a headcount for snacks and activities.  All guest who RSVP receive $6 gift credit for BE Wild products or 10% off class and workshop sign ups.

Is the event family-friendly?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We will have a dedicated Craft Corner with activities for all ages, the chance to meet our horses (from a safe distance!), and plenty of space for families to explore.

Question 3

Where should I park?

Accepted Answer

We will have designated parking areas on the farm property. Volunteers will be on-site to direct you upon arrival.

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

We recommend wearing comfortable shoes suitable for walking on uneven terrain (dirt, grass, etc.). Since this is an outdoor event on a working farm, dress appropriately for the weather.

Will there be food and drinks available?

Accepted Answer

We will offer complimentary seasonal snacks and treats as part of our cooking demonstration. We will also have coffee/tea available at the Welcome Station. Guests are welcome to bring water bottles to stay hydrated.

Can I bring my dog/pet?

Accepted Answer

For the safety of our horses, farm animals, and other guests, we kindly ask that you leave your pets at home. Service animals are, of course, welcome.

Will the farm products and boutique items be for sale?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our Historic Barn Boutique The Bougie Room and BE Wild Farm Stand will be open throughout the event, offering unique, handcrafted products from our women-owned, nature-based small business incubator. This is a great chance to get a head start on holiday shopping!

What does it mean that the farm is a small business incubator?

Our farm is dedicated to supporting women entrepreneurs who focus on nature-based products and initiatives. We provide them with space, resources (like our flower farm products), and a market to grow their small businesses—like the artisan who will be doing the soap-making demonstration!

What is the BE Wild: Mini Meadow Movement?

Accepted Answer

This is our initiative to restore native plants and pollinators, like the Texas Bluebonnet, to Central Texas. During the Fall Festival, you can join the Mini Meadow Movement to learn how to create your own "mini meadow" in your yard, porch, or business front!
