Welcome to Selector Sessions Vol.1!

Date: October 16, 2025

Location: 3027 Adams Ave, San Diego, CA, 92116

Description:

An immersive evening where food, wine, and music converge. For this edition, we’re bringing together three selectors, each curating an essential part of the night’s journey:

  • The Chef – Jose Miguel Martinez (CHOSA)
CHOSA is a pop-up dining concept that brings innovative seafood dishes to life with a contemporary twist, blending the bold flavors of Baja with refined Japanese influences. Known for collaborating with cocktail programs and wine lists, CHOSA creates unforgettable dining experiences where fresh and daring dishes meet carefully curated pairings.
  • The Wine Selector – Che Garcia (T. Edwards Wines)
Che Garcia will hand-select wines to complement and elevate each course, weaving together a pairing that highlights both the chef’s flavors and Nomade’s love for adventurous, terroir-driven bottles.
  • The Vinyl Selector – G (Long Play HiFi, San Diego)
G will curate the soundscape, spinning vinyl that matches the rhythm of the menu, enhancing the evening’s progression from the first bite to the last pour.

Together, these three selectors create a one-night-only experience where taste and sound harmonize bringing Nomade’s spirit of discovery and connection to life.
