What is Emotional Freedom Technique
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping) is a therapeutic method combining ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology. This process helps release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and promote healing. EFT is often used for anxiety, trauma, phobias, pain relief, and self-improvement. By balancing the body's energy system, EFT can provide rapid emotional relief and long-term psychological benefits, making it a popular alternative therapy for emotional well-being and personal development
