Seeking Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) Discharge

Get an overview on the process for borrowers who have been deemed disabled to obtain forgiveness of their federal student loans.
Jennifer Arocha provides an overview for borrowers, including Veterans, who have been deemed totally and permanently disabled, on the Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) process for obtaining forgiveness of their federal student loans.

Jennifer Arocha serves as the Project Coordinator for the Consumer Bankruptcy Project. In her role, she provides community education and works with individuals on managing their student loan debt.
