Will I have personal reiki or reiki to the whole group?

Both! Our reiki master will give reiki to each participant individually, hands on, as well as to the group.

We have mats, blankets, bolsters, and blocks. Feel free to bring a pillow, eye cover, anything else to support you, and crystals that you would like charged.
