Second Chance Showcase: the Beat Goes On

Exactly four months ago (April 28th), our dear friend Tammy Harris received the heart she desperately needed in order to live. We are celebrating on Thursday, August 28th with an exciting event filled with music, dance, and fun! The Second Chance Showcase will be a night to remember as dancers perform their routines before a judging panel. Come cheer them on as they dance in honor and memory of those who donate organs and tissues to pass on the gift of life.

Head over to 730A Middle Tennessee Blvd, Suite 14 and enjoy the performances by talented dancers. You'll also have a chance to sign in on the national registry to become an organ and tissue donor. This in-person event will have you grooving all night long. Don't miss out on this opportunity to experience dancing like never before. See you there!

Frequently asked questions

What should I wear?

Dress comfortably! The room may be a little cool in order to keep our dancers comfortable, so you may need a light sweater.

Will there be any food or beverages?

In an effort to keep our costs low, we are partnering with local restaurants and other entities to provide some light refreshments and water.

This is a big location. How can I find you?

The event is being held at 730-A Middle Tennessee Blvd, in Suite 14. There is a large sign above the doors for Suites 14 and 15 that reads "The Warehouse." Just come on in where you see all the commotion.

I've never danced before. Will I enjoy this event?

We hope you will! Think of a showcase dance much like you would a child's dance recital. Most of our performers are amateur level adults who work hard to develop their dance skills. Their love of dance will spill into the audience as you cheer them on!

Are there reserved or assigned seats?

No. The doors will open to ticket holders at 6 PM and guests are encouraged to take their seats quickly. Seats cannot be reserved. However, if you have serious mobility issues and need us to hold a place accessible place, please contact us in advance at franmk@bellsouth.net

Do you have to be a dancer to attend? Will I have to dance while I'm there?

NO! We love dance! But if you are uncomfortable, you can enjoy the entire evening from your chair. We just need for you to cheer us on as we dance!
