Seasonality Journal: Lessons & Learnings from 2025
Overview
Keeping a Seasonality Journal is so fun. Last December 100+ folks participated in a DIY Seasonality Journal online session, and it was a blast!
(Note: Check out the 2026 Seasonality Journal workshop happening Wed Dec 17!)
Now we have the opportunity to collectively harvest our learnings...how did the year of keeping a Seasonality Journal go? What worked? What could be improved? What tricks and tips can you share?
In this live Zoom session, you're invited to participate in the discussion, share your experiences, learn from others, or just hang out and listen. :)
Come to the session, and get ready to start the new year with new ideas for your new journal.
Hope to see you there!

Meet your Host:
Hi, I'm Kate Rutter, an avid nature journaler, designer, and data nerd. I work to enliven nature-human connection through sketching, observation, and curiosity. In January 2024, I set an intention to better connect with seasonal changes throughout the year, so I designed a Seasonality Journal. It was so much fun to make daily entries and to see the broader patterns of weather and seasons emerge. I've made some adaptations and continued the process for 2025. Many people had questions about the process and indicated interest in keeping their own seasonality journals. This session is for anyone interested in making this practice their own.
