Seamless Transition out of the Military (Hybrid offered Virtual/In Person)

This group is open to Veterans and their spouses as well as any individual providing support to a transitioning service member. Our goal is to provide resources and support around transitioning out of the military and successful navigation of post-discharge and retirement life.

Offered in a hybrid format; join us in person in the Lawton Community Room or via Zoom on Wednesdays from 1600-1700 Weekly.
