What: Seafood HACCP, Segment 2 Virtual Workshop

Where: Zoom Meeting (Personal Computer)

Price: $300

Registration includes a HACCP Certificate of Completion from the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO), along with an Electronic Hazard Guide and digital course materials. Upon registration, participants will receive emails with further details on the virtual course format. For any questions prior to registration, please contact us via email at lbeeche@clemson.edu.

IMPORTANT: This is a Segment 2 workshop, which requires the successful completion of Segment 1 online training. To ensure proper documentation processing, Segment 1 must be completed no later than August 12, 2025. Additionally, Segment 1 training must be completed within nine months of attending Segment 2.

Proof of Segment One completion is required for attendance.
