Description

Take a deep dive into seafood by learning to make some favorites from our neighbors just south of the border. You'll  simmer shrimp with herbs and spices; bake fish filets;  make a tomato sauce and bake a snapper; and grill bi-valves. As class ends, you'll sit down for a seafood feast. 

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your seafood.

  • Camerones a la Vinagreta (Shrimp with Lime Dressing & Crunchy Vegetables) 

  • Filetes de Pescado a la Campechana (Campeche-style Baked Fish Filets with Tomato, Habanero & Citrus) 

  • Huachinango Veracruzano (Veracruz-style Red Snapper) 

  • Mejillones con Cillantro (Mussels with Cilantro)

Safety & Precautions

  • At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

  • For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
