By becoming familiar with the minds of love and compassion, we reduce our need to chase after these external pleasures and increase our capacity to be patient and accepting when facing problems in our daily life.
Each class includes a short breathing meditation, a practical teaching, a guided meditation on the class topic, and time for discussion and Q&A. You do not need to be Buddhist to benefit from these meditations. Everyone is welcome.
