You can sign up for either dates. The training is located at the Health Services Complex at 3851 Rosecrans Street near Point Loma.

Full registration involves two (2) steps. First, complete this online registration form to hold a seat. Second, send a REFUNDABLE $5 check for the registration fee to the name and address below. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the check is received. Your check will be returned after attendance.
