No, this class is for anyone who’s looking to boost their confidence or tips for modeling or just looking to have fun.

Is the fitness portion beginner friendly?

Yes, this class is very beginner friendly and will consist of low impact workouts.

Is there a place to change?

There are bathrooms available however I would come dress in something I would like to be photographed in that may also be easy to transition to a light work out that will be at the end of the class.
