Even before the workshop is over, you will have the skills to:
- Explain how scaling enables better delivery of complex work and increases capacity.
- Use principles, practices, and patterns to create sustainable frameworks.
- Identify change management mistakes, challenges, and anti-patterns in scaling.
- Demonstrate the advantages of iterative and incremental models with safe-to-fail experiments.
- Analyze organizational structures to create a backlog of scaling challenges.
This is not a lecture-driven class. Instead, we build learning through interactive, hands-on learning and exercises that culminate in using the Gorilla Coach Scaling Canvas to create a scaling approach for organizational change.
It’s not theory. The Scaling Canvas will give you a plan to take back to your work the next day.
