1. Do I need to register or can I just show up?

We ask that everyone register in advance so we can plan enough Mediterranean bites and giveaways for all attendees. However, walk-ins are welcome while supplies last!

2. Is this event free?

✅ Yes! Heart Screen 101 is completely free and open to the public.

Everyone! This event is great for families, adults, and teens — especially anyone who wants to learn more about heart health, prevention, and sudden cardiac awareness.

4. Will there be health screenings onsite?

Yes — we’ll offer free blood pressure checks and share information on how to order your FREE cholesterol and LP(a) testing.

Can I bring my children?

Absolutely! This is a family-friendly event with healthy snack baggies for the kids and fun ways for families to learn about heart health together.
