Overview

Get ready to scream, let go, and make new connections at Scream Club Palm Beaches - a unique experience to unwind and recharge!

We live in a world that tells us to stay quiet, hold it together, and pretend we’re fine, while stress, anger, grief, and even unspoken joy build up inside. Screaming is a release, a reset for the mind and body, and when we do it together, something shifts.

If you ever feel like you're holding it all in--this is your space to let it out.

Scream Club™ Palm Beaches is a free monthly meetup where we gather, set an intention, and scream--together. No therapy, no judgement, no small talk. Just a raw release of whatever's been weighing you down.

Whether it's frustration, burnout, heartbreak, or just pressure of holding it together all week, this is your chance to let go. You'll realize you’re not the only one carrying heavy things, and you don’t have to carry them alone!
